After a long friday of standing in heels, we started the weekend off right in casselberry and picked up right where we left off. then to satellite for caitlin and jasons wedding, and some intermittent beer drinkin with my brother. and a short pitstop at lazy moon. lovely weekend.

I am considering a minor in menswear. I am very interested in menswear and I feel like I could bring a lot to the table in regards to design in the area, but I'm so torn. I want to design menswear because i feel the need for new and creative approaches in mens fashion. Although, I want to design everything (sportswear, evening wear, menswear) and I'm starting to feel like a concentration on menswear I will be doing exactly that: concentrating on menswear. I guess i just have to ask myself which is more important... carrying the "menswear " card or just being another fashion student. Actually, fuck that. I refuse to be just another student. I am going to fuck shit up! Suck my dick and lick my balls, everyone. Annnd... just a glimpse into my mind, this word I can't seem to get out: Briefcase. I neeed a briefcase. Preferably brown, vintage Coach, and able to accommodate my Macbook.Ebay Photo Yes please!!

I spent today doing things I don't usually do, but I think I can get used to working and being at the fashion building on a Saturday. Yeah, it's not too shabby. Despite my resolution, I went on facebook this week, so in order to maintain sanity and keep productivity up, I was forced to deactivate my account. Fuck it. Tonight is looking up: 18 pk of busch beer, hip hop jam sesh and late night jinx adventure? I have become literally obsessed with finding the perrrfect black wedges.HOLLA!

Note to self:

wear underwear to fittings. I finally get to take an inside look at the senior fashion show at SCAD. From now until the end of spring quarter, me and about 60 other girls/guys will attend every critique, rehearsal, and show displaying the seniors' blood sweat and tears put into their final collection. It feels so good wearing something you know was hand crafted by talented designers, and it feels even better to think that in 2 years I will be the one doing the designing. Its so fun, and its only the beginning. In other news I am currently drooling/saving$ for these sleek babys

Canoeing always makes me wish i still lived in fla. the water was cold but the weather was amazing! although, i will admit, it was nice to have this weekend back in my apartment with my kittys and my own bed. i have been getting alot of school work done, something i am very proud of because i am such a slacker/procrastinator. but it actually feels good to put some effort into the things you do. imagine that. i get to start making my first garment in fashion tech next week!!!! its a skirt, and im thinking either grey or puke green denim. i slipped and fell on friday while walking down the stairs at a bar wearing my new heels and busted my ass. i landed right on my wrist and my big clunky watch fucked my hand and wrist up. im going to the dr tomorrow. i dont think it is broken because i seem to be typing at a decent speed.

i got to thinking about this whole "fashion blog" thing, and i dont really think that i 'm cut out for the "fashion blogger" title and what it entails. so fuck it. this blog is mine and i will do what i please with it. so read it if you want, or not if you dont. but it will serve as yet another record of where my life is heading. fashion will still be a huge factor in what i write about, just in a way that suits me better. im not going to attempt to produce anything for my fleeting audience, if i even had one to begin with. so my grammer will be poor, my mouth will be dirty and my thoughts will flow freely. having someone take pictures of me walking nonchalantly in my ensembles everyday would get tiring anyways. suck it.
